An adjunct therapy. Not a shortcut.
Body wraps support lymphatic flow and localized inflammation. They are useful inside a larger plan. They are not a replacement for addressing the physiology underneath weight retention, and we will say so.
Four to eight inches lost in one hour.
Flushing it out of your body through your lymphatic system.
Before you book a wrap
- Schedule the wrap as its own session. It is a separate appointment from your other therapies.
- Plan around it. No showering until that evening or the next morning so the cream stays active.
- No swimming the same day as your session.
- You will be cut out of the wrap within three hours of application.
What the wrap looks like.
A clear cotton wrap, applied snug to the targeted area, left in place while the cream goes to work.

Individual results vary. Body wraps are used inside a broader wellness protocol, not as a standalone weight loss solution.
Body wraps, told straight.
Do body wraps cause permanent fat loss?
No. Body wraps drive short-term changes through lymphatic movement, inflammatory reduction, and fluid shift. Durable weight and fat loss require addressing root-cause physiology through nutrition and metabolic correction. Wraps are an adjunct, not a standalone solution.
How are they used in your programs?
Wraps are used selectively inside our weight loss and recovery programs to support lymphatic flow and reduce localized inflammation. They are most useful in combination with infrared sauna, vibration, and nutritional protocols.
What should I expect during a session?
A session runs about an hour. You are wrapped in warm, solution-saturated material designed to promote circulation and lymphatic flow. Many patients use the time to rest. Post-session hydration is important.
Start with a consultation so we can explain where wraps fit.
If wraps are not the right tool for what you are trying to solve, we will say so.
