Try red light therapy for $47. Stay because it works.
An 8-wavelength, medical-grade session for cellular energy, inflammation reduction, and recovery. New patients try a full session for $47 as a low-risk introduction to the practice.
Specific wavelengths, specific effects.
Energy production
Light in the 630–680nm and 810–880nm range is absorbed by mitochondria and has been studied for its effect on ATP synthesis. This is why patients often describe improved energy after consistent sessions.
Recovery support
Near-infrared penetrates deeper than visible red and has been studied for its effects on inflammatory markers and recovery after exertion or injury.
Collagen and pain signaling
Collagen production, skin repair, and modulation of pain signaling are among the best-documented effects in the clinical literature.
Energy, recovery, skin, and pain, in that order.
Inside a weight loss program, red light is one piece of a larger plan. On its own, it is a standalone therapy that many patients use weekly for general recovery and well-being. The $47 intro is the best way to feel what it does before committing.
“I booked the $47 session because I was skeptical. I came back because I could tell on day three that something was different.”
Our red light room in Bethlehem.
A real room, a real bed, real sessions. Most patients lie down for 15 to 20 minutes per session.

Red light therapy, answered.
Does red light therapy actually work?
Red and near-infrared light in specific wavelengths (typically 630–680nm and 810–880nm) has been studied for effects on cellular ATP production, inflammation, collagen synthesis, and wound healing. Clinical outcomes are best documented for skin conditions, joint and muscle recovery, and some pain conditions. Results vary by individual and by what is being treated.
Is it safe?
For healthy adults, red light therapy has a strong safety record. It does not use UV light, does not cause burns, and does not tan the skin. People with photosensitivity conditions, active skin cancer, or who are taking photosensitizing medications should consult their doctor first.
What is the $47 intro session?
New patients can experience a full red light therapy session for an introductory rate of $47. It is a low-risk way to try one of our therapies, meet the practice, and talk through whether a longer program is the right fit.
How many sessions do I need?
Most people notice subtle changes after 1 to 3 sessions. Measurable, durable changes typically take 10 to 20 sessions, two to three times per week, for the first month. Maintenance is usually once weekly.
