Weight that will not move is a signal, not a flaw.
Most patients arrive after GLP-1, bariatric referrals, or years of diets. The weight is not the problem. The problem is underneath it. We find what is driving it, correct the root cause, and build a plan that holds.
You've likely already tried the obvious.
This program is built for adults who have tried the things that work for most people, and found out they are not most people.
- You tried GLP-1 drugs and either lost weight and regained it when you stopped, or never lost as much as you expected.
- Your labs come back "fine" but you know something is off. Low energy, brain fog, bloating, stalled progress.
- You are in perimenopause or post-menopause and the rules that used to work don't.
- You have a history of gut issues, sensitivities, or autoimmune flares that come and go.
- You were told to "just eat less and move more" and you have. For years. It hasn't worked.
We start by identifying which of three patterns you fit.
- Candida: gut dysbiosis driving inflammation and weight retention.
- Hormone balancing: thyroid, adrenal, insulin, or sex hormone imbalance.
- Sugar handling: blood sugar volatility, insulin resistance, or reactive hypoglycemia.
Most patients have elements of more than one. The program is built around which is primary.
Four steps, in order.

Identify the driver
We determine which pattern (candida, hormone, sugar handling, or combination) is primarily driving your weight retention.
Personalized 8–16 week plan
Nutrition protocol, targeted therapies, supplementation, and weekly check-ins with Marco and the coaching team.
Measure, adjust, maintain
We track biomarkers, body composition, and energy. When progress stalls, we adjust. When it holds, we transition to maintenance.
Seven therapies, used when they're indicated.
Not everyone receives every therapy. Each plan is built from the list below based on what your case calls for.
Red Light Therapy
Cellular energy, inflammation, and recovery support. 8-wavelength medical-grade device.
Details TherapyInfrared Sauna
Detoxification, circulation, and gentle caloric demand in a low-impact setting.
Details TherapyExercise with Oxygen Therapy
Cardiovascular recovery and oxygen-enhanced exertion for patients with limited tolerance.
Details TherapyWhole Body Vibration
Low-impact muscle activation for circulation, lymphatic flow, and mobility.
Details TherapyBody Contouring Wraps
Lymphatic support and targeted inflammation reduction as an adjunct, not a shortcut.
Details TherapyNutritional Counseling
One-on-one nutrition guidance from Marco Augello, doctoral candidate in nutrition and functional medicine.
DetailsMost patients finish the program 15 to 50 pounds lighter.
More important than the number: energy returns, inflammation drops, medications often reduce under your primary doctor's supervision, and the weight tends to stay off because the underlying physiology is different.
“I came in after GLP-1 stopped working. Dr. Augello figured out my thyroid was the issue. The weight came off and stayed off.”
Before you book.
Is this program a good fit if GLP-1 stopped working or caused regain?
Yes. Many of our patients come to us after GLP-1 drugs (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro) stopped working or after experiencing regain when they stopped. We evaluate what is actually driving the weight, most often hormones, gut dysfunction, or metabolic adaptation, then build a plan to correct it.
How much weight do patients typically lose, and how fast?
Results vary based on starting weight and underlying imbalances. Most patients see measurable changes within 4 to 6 weeks and finish a typical 8 to 16 week program having lost between 15 and 50 pounds. Sustained maintenance depends on continuing the metabolic corrections established during the program.
What does the program cost?
Programs are quoted after the free consultation, since plan complexity depends on what we find. Most patients invest in a package covering the full 8 to 16 week protocol plus maintenance. We accept HSA, FSA, and MSA for most program components.
Do I have to take supplements forever?
No. Supplements are used to correct specific imbalances during the program. Most patients taper off most supplements during the maintenance phase, keeping only a small core for long-term support.
Do you offer coaching between visits?
Yes. 24/7 coaching is included. Patients can text or call with questions about meals, symptoms, or setbacks, and get a response from our team.
